Will not do business with this company again

They charge you when you place an order not when they ship it.
The order status on their website always says they have shipped the order and returns the date you inquire about it as the shipping date. The next day the website will give you a new shipping date trying to convince you that it shipped that day.
They provide you with a non-existent tracking number so you cannot track the package.
They do not respond to emails. Their customer service is extremely poor.
I had to ask my bank to reverse the charges because they never respond.
I would never do business with this company again.
