I've shopped with these guys many times and never had a problem that they didnt handle quickly and appropriately. On my second order from them (In Late September) my order vanished, they provided me with a tracking number and everything but for some reason it was lost in the mail. I let them know and they reshipped my items at no cost.
Ive never had to do an exchange or anything, but usually I get my orders from them in about 4 days.
The one improvement they could do is to add a 1-800 number or something for us to contact them. Right now, they have a live chat option and an email option, but its nice to be able to call someone to have my questions answered or to place an order.
