I received my order 3 days after it was placed, and really loved the items. Unfortunately, they failed to ship one of the items that I ordered. (There was also no packing slip, which I found odd.) As others have stated, they have no 800 number, and the email I sent to them remains unanswered 18 days later. This place's customer service is basically non-existent. I won't be ordering from them again and I'm warning everyone I can to stay away.
