At first I was so happy to finally find some type of coverage for the "rainy days" that may happen when you don't have coverage. I regret using Beech Street so much you have no idea!!!I signed up for their health plan where I was told that as long as I used doctor's and hospitals in their "network" I would receive a %70 percent discount. I followed the rules to a T and only used people in the "network". I ended up getting sick and had to go to the ER several times and to several doctors too, all in their "network". A few months later I started getting slammed with bill after bill after bill, I called them up to see why this was happening and they said to me "well your representative must have told you wrong because it's not %70 percent it's UP TO %70 percent off." Meaning you could get %1 percent off your bill. I felt sick to my stomach, my heart sank! I felt like wow! Someone would really take advantage of someone that's already down! Now I'm $30,000.00 in medical debt, collectors after me, threatening phone calls everyday, and my credit is in the toilet to put it nicely. I may be forced to file for bankruptcy thanks to Beech Street. It's a shame we live in a world where people are that hungry for a buck that they would go as far as to permanently ruin someone's life and future...so much for my American dream...
