Horrific!!! Negative stars are not available. They do not do any repairs onsite, according to the owner, they send all repairs to Rio Rancho or Corrales. They will not keep you informed as to where and what the status of your item may be, though they will assure you that "they are working on it" and "working on getting you the best price". They don't have loose stones on site to help with your gem needs. They do not care about having customers, as they no longer want my business. Apparently I do not dress well enough to appear that I can be priced gouged. I doubt they want your business as well. They will give every story in the book, just not the truth. Had they been up front from the beginning things would be different. They will provide an outrageous estimate based on jewelry they have not cleaned, inspected, and sent out of their control. So if you have lots of money to burn, and like to be treated poorly, go to Bennett's.
