I have used this company multiple times for myself and purchased tickets for friends. No problem. When I email them my questions are answered promptly. The prices are vey competitive. Once I book with them I go to the actually web sights for the company
I'm flying with and check my flight and make sure my seats are the ones Iv chosen. Don't buy tickets hastily. Research the airlines you are going to use because the luggage limits might be different between the two.etc. then go back to purchase at BT-Store
because that's where you find better deals and get a more user friendly way of booking in my opinion. I also use their travelers insurance and had to cash in on it once when the airport I was landing in went on strike. I had no problem there either.
