Horrible Company to Deal With

My husband and I have settled all of our debt through Better Financial Freedom and would not recommend anyone to use them. You get your first contact person who can speak good English then you get switched around to different people, for instance we have had 4 different representatives. I cannot understand all of the foreigners so I changed my phone number and would only correspond by email so I could have their statements in writing last person I had to deal with was Mary Jones who was very rude in her responses and answered your concerns when she felt like it. I would message her and not get a response til 2 or 3 days later, I have had to call her on the phone and she acted like she was speaking to a child. I will never ask for their assistance again even if I was drowning in debt. The fees are very high and I do not feel like they explain enough of the policies to you even in the contract. SO GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THEM!!!!
