I am a consumer attorney and this company is a scam. All debt consolidation or debt management companies in Texas are required to be licensed and bonded and there are very few of them. You can find the list here: http://www.occc.state.tx.us/pages/Debt_Management.html. If they are not on this list and are not registered with the Secretary of State you should not do business with them. You can find out if they are registered with the SOS here: http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/sosda/index.shtml. You will not find Better Financial Freedom on the list and they are not registered with the Texas SOS. They will take your money but they will not pay with your bills. You will never see your money again even if you sue them because they probably have no assets and may not even legally exist. You can negotiate with your creditors yourself. Save your time and money!
