The consensus from those of us that live here(not just me) at the property can attest to how awful it is to live at this property managed by Blue Pine. Since I am STILL living in one of the slums that are managed by Blue, I know first hand that Blue makes statements that they do not intend to keep.I can provide photographic proof of the condition of this unit on moving day and the emails that has transpired because of moving day and on every other subsequent incident that has transpired in the short, but loonnnnng, 4 months that have I have been stuck here. I had no choice but to move in here because, on a Thursday they said EVERYTHING would be cleaned and repaired, but on the following Saturday(move-in day), NOTHING was done. I had to clean the filth and shampoo the old, fraying carpets myself, not to mention still NO HEAT SOURCES AND A BROKEN FRIDGE, all within the first 7 days! Oh and the roof is STILL not fixed from the work order I submitted in October! The upstairs bathroom has a puddle on the floor from a leaking roof whenever it rains heavily or continuously for more than a day or when the snow melts. When the ancient stove finally gave out on Christmas day, they didn't even acknowledge the work order for 2 days and the repairman told me that Blue didn't even contact HIM until close to the end of business day on the 27th, so 3 days to replace a simple element. I can't help but wonder if that is in retaliation for the acrimony that is now between us and "them". And the roof? They had TWO repairmen come out to LOOK, and neither went up on the roof to check! Since I am stuck living in the "crime scene" that Blue refers to as an apartment, I will no long be silent. So bottom line? Do NOT rent from the them. They care ONLY for money, NOT the people they trick into renting from them. Also, I would take any and all good reviews with a grain of salt. Yes they are great when you first deal with them/move in, but may need an attorney after that.
