Dear Blue Plate Special,
First we would like to congratulate you on your recent acquirement of Blue Plate and the merge with Bom Dia Catering. We wish you and your team much success for the future.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our heart felt thanks for your very active participation and concern in regards to our Dec. 20, 2009 event. Mr. and Mrs. Montoya have also asked me to pass on their sincere appreciation for your efforts in amending the situation that was at hand.
The owners of the newly acquired Blue Plate Special contacted Montoya’s Painting LLC. Promptly acknowledging our concerns and setting up a lunch conference quickly. After meeting with Blue Plate Special/Bom Dia catering a resolution was made immediately with out hesitation. We want to thank them for the dedication, care and immediate attention devoted in handling our case.
