Bones towing towed my car because the driver did not have my insurance card in the car because I receive them in the mail and failed to put it in the car. While their driver Brian was towing the car, the driver who was driving my car saw him go by and the tail end was sparking because he lifted it to high. He scraped under the car and cracked my back bumper. The manager Lisa said to get a quote and it would be paid for. She sent the driver Brian out to look at the car and of course did not admit to doing the damage, even though it was fresh scrapes. Instead of sending a manager to look at the car. When I asked him how the quarter panels would be buckled he said to much weight in the back if you lift a car up in front wont that put weight in the back. I got 2 estimates 1 was $3000.00, which was high, the second was $1700 for the damage. They said they refused to pay either.
