Boost Mobile failed to provide the International Long distance services I subscribed to. For over 5 months they kept disconnecting my service, and when I told them I needed them to unlock my numbers (386-227-1101 and 386-227-3522), the portability agent not only was rude, but he also refused to tell me why my numbers were locked, and also refused to put his supervisor on the line. After my repeated requests for his supervisor, the agent hanged up.
Because of having to obtain two new numbers from my new carrier, I was forced to call all my contacts to update them with the new numbers, I had to order new office forms and business cards containing my new numbers, and I still have to go through contacting all government agencies I do business with in order to give them my new numbers.
Boost Mobile's call quality is superb, but their customer service is based overseas. However, because of the bad attitude of customer service and portability department agents, this company should not be doing business in the USA. I will file a formal complaint also with the FCC.
