What a mess this place is. Brought my car in for a full-service oil change, which clearly states that it includes the oil change, inspection and tire rotation. These geniuses had my vehicle for three hours and when I go to pick it up, they said they didn't rotate the tires. Their brilliant manager -- William Lujan -- said they don't do tire rotations unless asked even though IT'S LISTED AS WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FULL-SERVICE OIL CHANGE. When asked how a customer is supposed to know to ask when there are no signs and he never mentioned anything -- and the only thing that's posted is that tire rotations come with a full-service oil change? The monkey scratched his head and grunted. There's enough oil change places in Santa Fe to avoid this place. If these idiots can't figure out to just do what's on a check list without asking, just imagine what else they're missing.
