This company is irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. There was absolutely NOTHING positive about my experience with Brands on Sale!
I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on 16 OCT and it still has not shipped. (12 days later) When I call to inquire as to why, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called 5 other times the same day with the same results. I called several times the next day and the line had been disconnected. The only time I can get someone on the line is when I call after hours and an agent from thier call center answers. They have access only to the location of the item ie. warehouse etc. They informed me that I would have to call back during normal business hours to get any further information. I left a message with the call center agent to have a supervisor call me. Noone has called. I had to go to another online merchant to order another costume for her and pay $18 shipping to ensure it gets here on time. The most difficult part of the whole situation, was having to explain to my 3 year old that she couldnt be the big bad wolf for halloween. I will NEVER EVER do business with brands on sale again.
