just recieved my ameristeam steam shower, one of the glass panels was broken so i called their customer service number and the person i spoke to was very polite and had me take a picture and send it to him, then he sent me a replacement glass panel for free which came 1 week later. this steam shower unit is awesome and a very good buy for the price. as far as customer service? they made sure i was happy and sent me what i needed very quickly.
i am a happy custome rand will continue to buy from this company as well as recomend it to friends.
