Here at Bulldog Emergency Auto Repair we try to keep all of our customer Happy. But sometimes we cant. The customer named Natlie B. from Burbank did approve the services and the services were performed. I myself did the Diagnostic and the inspection for the timing chain being damaged, and a compression check was performed. This customer is unhappy because I would not give her money back on services that were done and were approved. I did say I would take her to court when she told me that she would cancel the check. She had work done and now she didn't want to pay, so she could use the money for a new car. So I am sorry to Natlie B. that I did not make you a Happy Customer but I guess after all the years and after the thousands of Great Customer in Automotive I needed a complaint.
