This company promised to repair my son's Jeep Cherokee in 4 weeks time. When we selected the company in mid October, the shop was busy with work and employees. When we returned to see the car on Oct. 30, the shop was virtually empty. For whatever reason, the company lost it's skilled employees. The shop manager continued to tell us the work would be done. After six weeks, he admitted he did not have staff to do the work. We moved the car to another shop at that point - nothing had been done on it since we saw it on Oct. 30. We requested our down payment of $1800 back. The manager deferred to the owner, who never returned our calls or was unavailable when we stopped at the shop. The spare tire was removed and turned up missing while at the shop and although the manager agreed to replace it, he has not. The I-don't-care attitude of the shop manager appears to be a reflection of the owners. Warning: this shop continues to take on work! We were grateful that we paid with Mastercard. (We found most shops do not require down payments.) We got our money back through the credit card company.
