There is action you can take against this company. Go to Orange County CA government website and download a complaint form and send to the DA.

It is a two page form. The only way to get someone like this to stop is to press charges. I just filled my form out and will mail today. Everyone else should too. The more people that send in complaints the more likely the DA will take action.
I ordered $60 + worth of merchandise on 6/6 2010 and have called about every week. I did speak to someone, but got the old "it's on back order." They already received my funds from my credit card (which I will be contesting) but they need to be stopped and put out of business now. Please fill out a complaint and send it in. You can help the next consumer that tries to purchase from this company. Thanks!
