This is my first time purchasing with them. My first order was canceled and I'm still waiting for an answer as to why it was. I am assuming it is because they ran out of the model I chose as it is no longer listed on their site. I ordered another Kenwood from them because they are one of only three authorized internet dealers for Kenwood. I hope I get this one because it shows its a special and on clearance just like the other one. I sent them an email and I'm still waiting for a response. I will update when I hear from them. **UPDATE** It turns out they did actually respond to me but their emails went to my Spam folder. So, this company is actually on the ball. I have placed a second order so I guess I'll see how they do this time. BTW, the item did end up being out of stock.
