I will not recommend this company to anyone because of lack of communication, lack of working with the customer for install and lack of CUSTOMER service.
I placed an order with them and was given a 4-6 week time frame from order to install. My window and blind will finally be installed at the 8 week period. I was never given a call to indicate that it would be delayed. I had to call at 4 and 6 weeks to find out the status. At around 4 weeks I was called only to have someone come out to remeasure for the window and only on a specific day and time at the company's convenience, not mine. The woman calling me abrubptly stated that my order would be delayed if they couldn't come out. I asked why they didn't think their inital measurements weren't valid. She stated she would check with someone and get back to me to schedule if needed. No return call. Now at 7-1/2 weeks a woman called to schedule the install but only AGAIN at their convenience. Afternoons were best for me to lessen the time I would have to take off from work, but was told that jobs are scheduled only in the morning Mon-Fri. My install is to take 2+ hours so if they start at 9:30 AM, and finish around noon......do they take the rest of the day off since they can't schedule jobs then???
