I placed an order and it said final price. I agreed on that price then in my email confirmation they had added on additional shipping charges that i did not approve and tried to get in touch with them to cancel my order. the 1-800 number tells you to do live chat and hangs up. the live chat says they can't help you and sends you to live support team that says leave a message. bottom line no one every responds!!! FRAUD!!!!!!! if i could I'd say NO STARS@!@@
