My cell phone order

Just Like the rest here. I ordered a phone case from them. I got a screen protector and a free pen. But no phone case which I ordered all of the above. I never got the phone case . I was told it got restocked and it was being shipped and would arrive to me by the 8th. Well the 8th came and went. So I checked the statues and it showed it was delivered to the wrong address. How can that be when I got the other item's?
Realy bad place to order from.
