Poor Customer Response - Inexpensive Items

I have been doing business with them since 2014 and customer service has been going down hill.
Their response to my PARTIAL ORDER is sending the TRACKING delivery link. I found out the CellularOutfitters have a platform with AMAZON where they cannot hide from responding to complaints.
Amazon does an exceptional job with customer satisfaction. We have purchased using their directly platform at cellullaroutfitters.com thus, NO response. You can attempt to reach them 1-888-244-7203 or number on your bank credit card transaction. I will be following up with my bank to dispute the charge and provide my email documentation.
