Cellular Outfitter not worth saving the money

Bought from them twice in same week. Had to confirm before finding out shipping charges which were expensive. First order took 9 days. ,(standard shipping???!) Second order was 4/29 they didn't prep it until 5/6 (what gives?) And as of 5/9 no info. The last of the tracking info was entered 5/7 so no idea what's going on. I would rather pay more next time and go to a store and get it faster.
