My first order came in with no problem. I was made an offer of 50% off my second order if I made it within 24 hours, so I ordered a phone case. I waited about 5 days and checked my order status on their website and saw that my order was never processed, but I was billed quickly. I emailed them and got a quick response saying that my order was processed and sent out. It's been almost 2 weeks now and nothing came in. I've been checking my order status and it shows that my order was never pulled, that it never left the first stage. I decided to cut my losses and move on. I will never order from this company again.
