Abysmal Customer Service on Orders that Never Arrived

Ordered (2) items that were shipped separately.
Items never arrived.
Contacted Customer Service via email (3) times.
Each time a different individual responded - no continuity.
I was told I had to use the tracking numbers provided to check up on the packages.
Wasn't happy that the onus was dropped on me - the customer:
but dutifully contacted USPS and opened up (2) case numbers.
They responded that they did not receive a package in either case.
I emailed the post office's responses and requested a full refund, including shipping.
Finally got one person to admit that something went awry and did I want a refund or
have them send it out again.
This after I had already specified that I no longer had any confidence in their ability
to get the product to me and that a refund was what I wanted.
Tried to call them on their customer service phone number
(which you won't find posted on their web site) and they said they could not take any
calls because they were in some sort of transition.
They said either email or chat. Found chat link on Google - but it was non-functional
(no chat option on their web site either.)
These are facts - not mindless rants filled with expletives.
I've bent over backwards to do their job for them and still no refund in site.
