Immediately Cancelled Order Minutes After Ordering

Just requested a cancellation of an order I just placed online. During checkout, the standard shipping fee had a “-“ ...there was no dollar amount, unlike the other shipping options. After I paid with PayPal, all of a sudden there is a $6+ shipping charge, that wasn’t stated before I ordered. That bait and switch tactic left a bad taste in my mouth.
