Horrible Customer Service

My order did not ship quickly as indicated on the web sight. Tried several time to contact the company and the phone number did not work and emails went un answered. Items arrived after I needed them so I had to do a return. After following instructions on web sight still had to wait for an email reply which took 3 days. They have had my items for 10 days now and I have not received a refund or even an email confirming they have the items I sent them. I will not order from them ever.
