I cannot get them to respond regarding my order.

I have purchase items with cellular warehouse before. I tried ordering from them again and segued into cellular outfitter not by choice. I feel tored my phone style number IK cetera and it showed me items that were compatible when I receive them they were not compatible. I decided to return which I know I had you paid the return shipping but they say you need a return authorization. I have sent 3 requests for a return authorization and they will not contact me. Now I have to figure a way to give it back to them on my own tuiti sure in getting a partial credit back. Worst customer service.
