As many other people have said I have dealt with this company for many years without incident. Now however, I have been waiting for over a year for merchandise on "back order" although they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. They still have an active web site and claim to be taking orders but if you call the toll free number it just takes messages. There is no option to speak to someone. I have left many messages and sent emails, all of which have been ignored. So after all this time I have no merchandise and I am out $133. It is incredible that some government authority has not put a stop to this. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the CA Attorney General.
