Waited 9 Months and still no Albums - but found different company with great service!

I ordered with Century Photo for years and never had a problem. However, I placed an order in March 2012 and received the photos pages I ordered, but did not receive the binders. I waited until November 2012 and still no binders (albums). I called several times and they gave me some story about restructuring and how they will get the product in about a month to ship. I finally gave up and heavily researched other companies but had trouble finding similar albums for a similar price. I ordered from Archival Methods in November 2012 and received my albums in less than a week. Archival Methods was a little bit more expensive (but not much in comparison to other companies I researched) but now I have albums to put my pictures in and they even fit the Century Photo pages that I already received and paid for. I will order from Archival Methods from now on and I suggest you do the same. http://www.archivalmethods.com
