The truth is that sometimes mistakes happen. In this case, an employee picked 22 pieces, instead of 22 bags, of the product. When the customer called late in the afternoon to point out the error, we shipped out the missing items the next morning. We certainly regret the inconvenience caused, but fixed it as quickly as possible. As the manager, I heard about the call because the customer service representative was asked if we were "all morons" and if we "had a bunch of foreigners working there." Yes, we've been in business for ten years, anchored by some very bright employees from a variety of backgrounds.
