I have been beyond scammed!!!! I am now in greater debt than when I first started this journey of modifying my loan. I am out thousands of dollars and I have been given just as many false promises. Their numbers are disconnected, there is no forwarding information, their website is "under construction," I am left alone to deal with a situation that has cause me great stress, financial hardship and tore up credit. I need help!!!!!
How can we start a class action lawsuit? What are the steps necessary to begin this process and who can help.
Reading all these messages really upsets me. I do not know where to begin
