My advice for new customers: Don't use this attorney. He will take your precious money and not fullfill his obligation of service.
My neighbor just had a successful loan mod done by a different attorney who doesn't take payment until after the work is done. My advice for others who have been burned:
1. If you used your credit card: wait until your contract is up and then call them. I just got off the phone with Chase and told them about how I had paid for a service that had never been provided. They just credited my account. If you also bank with Chase their fraud office line is 888-489-8452
2. Call the San Bernadino Bar Association and discuss with them "fee arbitration". Their phone number is (909) 885-1986. They also have a website with necessary forms to fill out.

Rebekah, as you know, several different people worked on your file. You had contact with our firm for months. Furthermore, we submitted your file to the bank, and did follow up with it. Your claims here are false.
