Worst experience ever.

I am a real estate broker with a HUD transaction currently in escrow with Cimarron Escrow since 11/7/12. I just requested a second extension. Took 10+ days just to get escrow instructions. A month later had HOA docs. Never had an email returned. Lender cannot get the paperwork they need from escrow to order loan docs, so we cannot proceed to closing. This is most likely going to cost buyer lock extension fees, not to mention he has to find alternate living arrangements because he cannot move in to his new home!!! This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an escrow company. They should really not be allowed to be in business. If they cannot handle all of the business given to them, they need to hire more qualified people ASAP, or start thinking about asking for other types of help because it is just unacceptable to delay closings like this. Shame on HUD for hiring this company.
