I am the customer who made the complaint to the BBB on City Sights LA. I just want to clarify the complaint. When I submitted my complaint to the BBB I included my entire letter to City Sights LA. Apparently the BBB has a limit to the number of characters allowed in the detail of the complaint they post on their site. My letter was two pages long and therefore was not posted in its entirety on the BBB site.
To summarize our experience . . .
Unless we told the driver where we wanted to "hop off" the buses never stopped at the tour stops as advertised.
We had to call the company every time we wanted to get back on the bus after "hopping off" at one of the stops. The bus doesn't come by every 30 minutes as advertised. We had to wait over an hour evertime we wanted to get back on a bus.
We could not hear any of the 3 different tour guides on the 3 different busses we rode. Unless you are seated within 5 rows of the guide, you won't hear anything they say.
These tours are a total waste of time and money.
