Close your own loan did a fantastic job for me!

I started my refinance on my personal residence last December. The major bank who had my loan, had refinanced it once, and from whom I was seeking to refinance a third time because of attractive rates, was my first choice. Shortly before Christmas they
gave me a list of 20 items they needed within two days. Many of the items required other people to provide information, and I couldn't get it done. After it was over, I couldn't get a copy of my appraisal, even though I had paid for it. Discouraged, I gave
up. In May, I saw that rates were starting to rise again, and so went the online route, and was put in touch with Greg Encarnation at "close your own loan". He answered all of my questions, and we filled out the paperwork. I did have to provide additional
documentation, I am involved in several different businesses, own rental houses, practice law, and have a lot going on that causes my finances to be more complicated than most peoples situation. Greg Encarnation didn't get discouraged, helped me get everything
necessary for closing, and got us through the process. Rates did rise between the day I began and the day I got my rate lock, but my rate lock held throughout the process, and as I told Greg, the only reason my interest rate isn't lower is because I waited
before contacting them. I think I had a very professional and timely loan closing. I can't thank Greg Encarnation and the people at "close your own loan" enough. They did a fantastic job for me.
