Easy, Honest, Competent

I was unfamiliar with CYOL when I first decided to refinance so I was a little leery about using them. But after being turned down by two large banks because of my low income, I filled out the quick form on the home page and within 15 minutes got a call.
Turns out you don't really "close your own loan"...you are assigned a knowledgeable loan coordinator who basically holds your hand from that first contact all the way through to the closing. I liked their secure website for uploading documents. Most forms
that had to be filled out were completed on their end, which was a great help to me since I have a disability that affects my hands. Any special needs I had were not a problem. My loan coordinator, Theresa Del Brocco, was not only proficient and always easily
accessible but kind enough to help with anything I needed extra help with.…for me she took the stress out of a very stressful process. I’m sure that the next time I need a mortgage I’ll be calling on Theresa and CYOL.
