I'll keep in short and sweet.
Why do I love them? Read reviews online.. and it was true!
1) Fast, considerate, clean, professional, knowledgeable service
2) Fair price...a price you don't need shop around for
If you paid more than a few grand for your bmw, which I'm sure you did. You're not going to risk missing needed maintenance on the car, because you don't want to waste the time later, and you definitely don't want to waste the money.
The easiest way to do this is taking it to a group of guys who are honest, and know what to look for to help you out.
