This outfit are a disgrace to the industry and should be investigated. I accept that maybe sometimes collection agencies have a tough job but this outfit are a joke. I was contacted about a bill not due, it was a doctor bill my insurers paid nearly 18 months ago. CIB asked for a payment receipt despite the doctors not issuing receipts, they were abusive. I have 3 times called them to try to sort out the matter, they refuse to listen, instead they are abusive to me. I asked if they had an email address to send them email attachments with payment details, incredibly in 2011 they do not use email - wonder why?
I note a number of complaints about these people, surely they should be investigated?
