The statement that this company is in the RV and Campground service business is false! Given the high pressure tactic of the sales staff ( buy now or you will pay full price and you can't come back for 2 years? ),their poorly maintained campgrounds( Emerald Cove & Cherry Valley Lakes Resort? and North Shore).
It is clear to most of its members that their real business in Fraud,Deceit, and taking as much money as they can from its members and providing as little service as they can.
As one sales person stated to me when I questioned him on these same issues, "there is a sucker born every minute,and I only need a few of them to stay alive".
If ever there was a Membership campground the Avoid this one should be on the top of everyone's list.
