WOW, all of these other reports I read are exactly what my significant other and me experienced this weekend. Except the manager was so rude and insulting that he threatened to call the Sheriff on us because we were questioning his awful customer service. It was so insulting to treated so rude and disrespectful. If that is their idea of a first impression I am thankful that is as far as I ever got with that company. Do yourselves a favor and invest in a customer service workshop!
