We went to an RV show & entered a raffle..won a netbook, $100 gas rebate certificate, free golfing, free boat slip, and twenty free day/nights. The only thing we had to do was sit through a presentation for thier sales/marketing...no problem. According to the sales rep we met the financial criteria to be eligible and a date was scheduled. My significant other got a new job & had to work so I went to the appointment alone. After driving for three hours I arrived & it is beautiful...only problem is they refused to let me participate in the seminar stating that both parties needed to be present citing information about married couples. We are not married and have our own individual finances which I explained & also explained that I just drove three hours & and my significant other had to work. They didn't care, even after I talked to two different people. They kept citing policy that married individuals need to be together to make financial decisions. This did not apply to us, they still didn't care. Not only was I not allowed into the presentation, they would not give me the gas certificate or netbook stating that I wasn't eligible because I wasn't participating in the presentation. I WAS THERE AFTER A 3 HOUR DRIVE & CRA WOULD NOT LET ME PARTICIPATE. Very bad business practices!!! The people weren't even nice & no matter how many times I told them we weren't married and I could make my own financial decisions they still kept citing information about married couples needing to arrive and participate in the presentation together. Total BS. I would not recommend this place at all.
