I would have to agree that this company is a scam and not delivering on what they promised.
I had been paying for their services for 5 months and the last 3 months haven't seen any movement on my account. Items were listed as "resolved" when they weren't resolved on my credit report (which I pulled on my own).
Almost all of the features listed (sms updates, regular emails, consultation with a pro) were never delivered on. Their online portal sucks hard - never updated and when one of their customer service reps put a note on my account I was never notified! It was almost like I had to babysit them through the process of looking at my credit report and remind them to send out my letters.
After my account was escalated to a manager I went two weeks of emailing the manager without any response and I finally canceled my account. Then after I canceled my account - two days later they took my monthly payment!!! I had to actually ask them for a refund! Srsly?
Horrible horrible.. :(
