Affiliated with United at this point so it would seem that their current status will continue to tank.
United Airlines has the worst practices of any airline other than SouthWest, they are seriously backward as well.
Unfortunate that you must be treated like dirt when you are traveling by persons that are paid to give you what is supposed to be comfort and service.
What a joke this company is.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
