After my pre approval, I was asked for a few things, including a check for two months. This to me threw up a flag. I started looking into it and found this page and BBB's page saying the same thing.
After putting a stop to the loan David the ceo called. We talked exensively about the accusation being directed at him. After meeting in the middle, I did not send a check but did send everthing else. Within two weeks are loan was founded. Cornerstone Capital did do everthing they said they would, but so did I.
I will do loans with cornerstone and David H.again. Hope this helps.
