I signed up for the seven day trial to view the experian report in which they are partnered with. I reviewed the credit report and the next day there was a $1.00 charge and a 29.95 charge. It didn't make any sense because the membership was 12.95/mo. I called and they told me that reviewing my credit reports were $29.95 and automatically charged the credit card I enrolled in. This was not clear to me when enrolling. I called in for clarification and after discussing at length they agreed to refund half the amount. It was not possible for me to reach a manager so I cancelled the membership and reported to BBB. Trustlink contacted them and the matter was resolved in just a couple days with a full refund and a clear apology explaining the miscommunication on my part.
