In the beginning I had thought CreditScore.com was a money scam that automatically debited my credit card account when I had first spoke with representative Ann. When I called again the next day at CreditScore.com and spoke with Dennis, he listened attentively and had also clarified my access to my credit report. At the same time, April J. BBB TrustLink quickly responded to my complaint with my situation and the miscommunication that had happened with Ann @ CreditScore.com; both companies worked with me and both responded with an awesome quickness that I commend each for taking action!
