Love my PC - hate the company.
I purchased a PC from Cyberpower this past December. I had a few issues and contacted their support. I got no help from them! When I asked for their suggestion about what card to purchase to add USB ports all I got was note to just go out and shop.
Recently I have been having a lot of trouble with MS Office 2010 that I purchased with my PC. While doing research on the issues I discovered there are both 32 and 64 bit versions available. Cyberpower does not off a choice. Although I specifically ordered a 64 bit PC with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, I was sent the 32 bit version of Office. I contracted Cyberpower last week and have never heard back.
Other issues -
1. Hard drive cooling fan makes so much noise I ended up just disconnecting it.
2. DVD drive craps out occasionally. I'm waiting for one more issue before replacing it.
