Shady Policy

Ordered a PC it arrived about a week later than they said and it would not power on. I called tech support which told me to feel around for loose parts. Finally I told them I just want to return it. They said their policy is that they will not pay for shipping if I want to return it. I received a broken computer and at least one of the parts they shipped is wrong; I don't think that should cost me a dime to return. Just the fact that their policy is that you pay to return a broken item is reason enough to avoid this company. I do not reccomend doing business with this company.

Dear Valued Customer, we do apologize for any inconvenience. If you just received a PC and it is having an issue, we would be more then happy to address the issue for you at no cost to you. However, if a refund is requested unfortunately the terms and conditions accepted at the tie of purchase applies and cannot be modified. If you decide you would like to have the system serviced, please contact tech support at 888/900-5180.
